Personal Training Including
- Gym Based Training. Traditional resistance training, functional resistance training, TRX, body weight resistance training, circuit training and gym cardiovascular training.
- Outdoor Training.
- Land. Outdoor circuit training that can be taken anywhere, including bodyweight resistance training programs, TRX and natural object functional resistance training. Transitional training to take you from your home or gym back to your favorite outdoor sport.
- Water. Guiding and instruction for Stand up Paddleboarding (SUP), ocean kayaking, SUP surfing, open water swimming and sailing.
Personal Training. $60 per one hour session. $50 for packages of 5 sessions or more. Initial sessions include optional $35 one hour consultation for health history documentation, goal planning and session design. Special rates for half and full day training and guiding options.
Land Based Boot Camps. Rates are based on destination, agenda and number of participants. We provide multi-day fitness expeditions and full day boot camps for as low as $85 per person. Call us now so we can customize the ultimate expedition for you!
