About Your Trainer

 

Anthony’s passion is teaching movement that inspires, both indoors and outdoors, on land and on water.  Anthony has been working with athletes of all ages and abilities since 1994 when he first began guiding and instructing on the water. Today, Anthony’s focus has evolved to include gym and outdoor based training in multiple disciplines. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consultations for goal setting and programming
  • Assessments for mobility and stability
  • Traditional gym based resistance and functional resistance training and programming
  • Outdoor functional resistance, circuit, group and boot camp instruction
  • Indoor and outdoor TRX and structure training
  • Indoor and outdoor mobility, stability and agility training
  • Sport specific training for individualized goals and objectives
  • Transitional training such as walk to run or lap swimmer to open water swimmer
  • Guiding and instruction in stand up paddle boarding, open water swimming and ocean kayaking
  • Land and water based boot camps. Full or half day. Single or multi sport venues

Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council On Exercise
  • Certified Ocean Kayaking Guide and Instructor through the National Outdoor Leadership School
  • Certified Advanced Coastal Cruiser and Navigator through the American Sailing Association
  • Licensed Boat Captain through the United States Coast Guard
  • Leave No Trace Ethics And Skills Trainer through the National Outdoor Leadership School
  • Certified CPR/First Aid/AED provider through the American Red Cross and American Heart Association.
